Dr Morgan is the former Chief Scientist to DuPont Nutrition & Health. He has forty years of experience in biosciences innovation in major global science-based companies spanning nutrition, health and agri-food.

Dr Morgan is actively involved in supporting microbiome innovators and researchers as well as the wider industry through his role as Chair of the Innovate UK KTN Microbiome Innovation Network Advisory Board. He also serves as Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Exeter.
